This award winning luxury hotel is based in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. Part of one of the worlds leading groups of hotels, this is a great opportunity for a quality focused Jnr Sous chef who is looking for a new challenge or a very strong senior chef de Partie looking to take a step up.

Duties of this Jnr Sous Chef position will include:

- Ensuring standards are maintained and bettered at all times
- Motivating and leading the brigade to achieve excellent results
- Developing dishes and menu ideas
- Assisting the Head Chef with ordering, stock control, GPs, costings when required to do so
- Ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen in the head chef`s absence
- Recruitment, training and development
- Ensuring Health and Safety legislation is adhered to at all times

The working pattern for this Jnr Sous Chef position will be five days out of seven as the business requires.Jnr Sous Chef will be reporting to the Head Chef.
Candidates for this great Jnr Sous Chef position will be well experienced in working in high quality establishments at a2 rosette level. You must have great culinary and leadership skills with a determination to achieve high standards. You must be able to motivate you team to succeed and support the Head Chef to ensure excellent service.
