Software Engineer (C++/Python) London based My client is a top 10, multi-billion hedge fund currently managing around $24bn in AUM. They are currently looking to build out their Fixed Income (GFI) Software Engineering team which is responsible for building the trading platform and risk system which is used globally by the firm. Towards the beginning of the position, you will be given time to spend on projects that give you the chance to familiarise yourself with Fixed Income technology and products. Following this you will be joining the Core Development team which supports the Fixed Income and Macro Strategies codebases. The Macro Strategies group is a Greenfield team and gives you the opportunity to work on some new, dynamic projects, which is currently headed up by a well-known Strat in the industry.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that value their employees, and promote career progression – giving you the chance to work with some top Quants and Developers in the industry it is a fantastic place to take your career to the next step.
