About the role:

This is an all-round quantity surveying role with a key focus on client relationships whilst ensuring delivery of commercial services. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career to the next level.

You will be reporting to an Associate Director within the team working closely with other Project team members providing a range of commercial services to our client.


* Experience of working in a consultancy environment
* Pre & post contract services experience
* Knowledge of the infrastructure industry
* MRICS (or progressing through APC)
* Proven team management skills and experience
* Proven track record of building strong client relationships
* Excellent Communicator and interpersonal skills
* Able to act as the day to day client interface
* Strong IT skills


* Effective delivery of both pre & post contract commercial services in a client facing role
* Management of resources, workload planning & delivery of commissions.
* Play a key role in key account management and building strategic relationships within client organisations.
* Set and maintain standards on commissions ensuring the delivery of a quality service at all times whilst supporting a culture of continuous improvement
* To develop knowledge across our service offering and actively seek business development opportunities in line with sector strategies.
* To manage and deliver commissions from appointment through to delivery in line with our processes, policies and standards.
* Support the preparation of fee submissions and proposals
* Provide guidance, leadership and expertise to team members.
