Package description
We operate Demand Led Scheduling that will be discussed in detail at interview
Working Monday to Thursday from 17.00 - 21.00 and Friday from 14.00 - 18.00 and occasional Saturday working
Previous cleaning experience required
This is a large manufacturing site so the job entails a lot of walking and manual handling
We place a strong emphasis on customer care and service to enable us to continue providing our Clients and customers with an excellent level of service and care.
You will be required to use various cleaning equipment which may include buffers and walk behind cleaning machines, previous experience advantageous
We require our Cleaners to be flexible and versatile so the following areas will be included:

Ladies and gents washrooms and showers
Ladies and gents locker rooms
Meeting rooms

Main responsibilities
Providing the highest level of housekeeping service within your area of responsibility in line with the clients’ specifications
Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner
Providing a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, laboratories and amenity areas site wide
Ensuring all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility
Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations
Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your Coordinator/Line Manager
All offices, toilets, laboratories and amenity areas to be presented in a clean and tidy

Ideal candidateThe successful candidate for this role will have:

Exceptional customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Previous work experience in customer service employment
