To top it off, this position provides a top of the market financial and benefits package with the perfect platform to advance your career.Role and Responsibilities: Work as part of a multi-disciplined agile team to design user focussed and successful servicesHelp plan, design, and conduct user research to focus the design and development on user needsContribute to the usability testing process from developing user recruitment briefs through to test moderation, analysis and report writingWork very closely with client insight and research teams to delivery relevant and appropriate research plansWork closely with designers and developers to turn user insights into actionable design or service recommendationsPresent findings and related design/business recommendations and user insights to project stakeholders at all levelsWhere necessary, provide rapid, lightweight sketches and scampsWork with designers to design content by taking complex language and processes and making them simple to understandWork with other user researchers to facilitate a consistent research approachApply knowledge in human factors, rapid ethnography, and the user-centred design process to product and service designCommunicate credibly with a wide range of digital delivery disciplines and talent both internally and externallyComplies with all confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements and ensures security of information at all times Essential Skills: Good knowledge of qualitative research methods including user requirements gathering and early stage concept and prototype testing, guerrilla research, and other approaches to ensuring user needs are fully understoodGood knowledge of using artefacts to share and communicate insights such as user flows, experience maps, experience blueprints, prioritised user needs, user profiles, and test resultsGood understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principlesKnowledge and understanding of quantitative research methodsCapable of effective prioritisation of tasks and personal time managementAn understanding of agile delivery methodologyAble to work flexibly and to tight deadlines If you’re interested in working as a User Researcher (User Research, Agile, Service Design, Client Engagement) with one of the UK’s top digital solutions provider please submit your CV to or contact Peter on 02077806706Reference: *AMC*PR\URK2Location: London, BirminghamStart: FlexibleDuration: PermanentRate: £35,000 – £65,000 + PackageAgency: Anson McCadeContact: Peter RuckEmail: Peter.Ruck@ansonmccade.comTelephone: 02077806706
