The Role

As the Lecturer in Health and Social Care, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of educational programmes including identifying learning objectives. You will ensure that teaching is based on current best practice and is consistent with the college’s high standards. The Health and Social courses are BTEC Level 2 to Level 3 and all students attend work placement as part of their course. Additionally, you will be expected to provide pastoral and academic support to students in accordance with agreed procedures, ensuring that all students are given the support to achieve their full potential.

You will also demonstrate a willingness to take part in open evenings, employer liaison and career events.
