Resourcing Business Partner Location - Hemel Hempstead Salary - £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus 12 Month Fixed Term Contract This is a great opportunity for a Resourcing Business Partner looking to work for a large well known organization. As well as being a great brand the company is going through lots of growth, so it’s an exciting time for the resourcing team. This is a true Business Partner role where building the stakeholder relationships is key. You will have complete accountability for a business area and manage the end to end process. There will be some roles where you will be more involved in terms of sourcing and attracting candidates but with other roles you will act as a support to the Hiring Managers. The Resourcing Business Partner will bring expertise, influence and an ability to communicate with key stakeholder’s right up to board level. The ability to influence and steer stakeholders is critical, to ensure recruitment processes operate as they should and goals are achieved. This means that relationship building and communication initiatives will be central to your role. You will have the autonomy to advise managers on sourcing and attraction methods as well as designing and organizing Assessment Centers. My client is looking for candidates who have worked as a Resourcing Business Partner previously and have significant experience of working with senior stakeholders. You will have gained this experience in any of the following sectors: Retail, Hospitality or Leisure and have worked in fast paced environments.
