Resource Planning Analyst (12 Month FTC)
Location: Brighton
Salary: £35k-£38k + benefit package
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am – 17.00pm

I have great pleasure in supporting our client in the recruitment of a Resource Planning analyst to join the planning customer service team based in their offices in Brighton on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This role is responsible for ensuring that the right resources are planned across all the customer facing departments in order to consistently meet the organisations customer service targets.


• Monitor current performance and carry out analysis of historic data
• Calculate the effect of strategic or procedural changes
• Forecast work volumes and recommend staffing needs
• Identify opportunities to maximise the use of resource
• Provide Justification for budget alterations and supply operational performance data
• Leading long term resource planning for up to 12 months in advance
• Liaise appropriately with Sales, Finance and Marketing to identify predicted registration movements
• Accountable for the production of accurate daily, weekly and monthly forecasting and resource planning.
• Preparing MI for submission
• Monthly stakeholder performance meetings
• Ensuring regulatory requirements are met and adhered to

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

• Proven track record in carrying out detailed data analysis and MI reporting in a commercial customer facing environment
• Excellent knowledge in using a range of systems to gather report information
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access/VBA-Mastery
• SQL/T-SQL knowledge
• Tableau (or other BI tools)
• SAS is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Highly analytical with strong numerical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrable understanding of resource planning methodologies
