New to the industry? No problem, if you have the skills and the right behaviours we can train you to be a successful Customer Accounts Advisor.

As a Southern Housing Group Customer Accounts Advisor, you will be assisting customers to feel safe and supported in their home. Southern Housing Group is one of the largest housing associations in southern England and has a reputation as a successful business with social objectives. What you will be doing as our Customer Accounts Advisor ...

- Depending on each customer's need you will be pro-active in providing information or sign posting for money management, benefit and employment support.
- Working in a friendly team working fast paced environment where you will be empowered to make decisions.
- Identifying customers as early as possible who have missed payments you will be pro-active in contacting them to negotiate repayment and provide suitable advice.
- Working to individual and team KPI's including quality, productivity, efficiency and collections effectiveness.

We operate a rotating shift pattern working a 35 hour week, shifts will vary between:

08:00am and 04.00pm 09:00am and 05:00pm 12:00pm and 08:00pm

This will also include 2 in 6 Saturdays working 08:45am until 01:00pm of which a lieu day will be given.

Please note, if you are successful following interview, you will need to be available to attend an induction for this role commencing on Monday 23rd July and to complete every day of the 3 week course.

For this role, successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check.
