Spares Parts Coordinator

Temp to perm position- 3 month contract initially

This is a brand new role in an expanding product management division of a hi-tech engineering organisation who design and manufacture a wide range of bespoke hi value Equipment.

The position will involve working closely with multiple engineering teams to gather information and manage the process of creating spare part kits for a range of machines that are built to order. You will need experience in SAP and will need to maintain and keep parts catalogues updated and manage the process of service exchange parts.

Responsibilities will include:

- Manage the process of creating Spare Part Kits
- Update the Spare Part catalogue including all requested changes and new machine updates.
- Assist the Service Product Manager on Spares ensuring parts are ready and in stock.
- Assist with the Stocking Strategy of Spare Parts.

For this role you will require:

- Administrative skills within a technical / spare parts or engineering environment
- ERP Systems experience (SAP Preferred)
