Excellent Sous Chef Opportunity with Luxury Hotel -

Our client is a superb award winning Hotel in Bath who are recruiting a Sous Chef with experience of working with fresh food to rosette levels. You will be working with the finest, freshest ingredients to produce food of the highest standard as all food is locally sourced where possible. Your role will be working in the 2AA rosette restaurant serving meals each evening.

The Role

* Management and Development of brigade in Head Chefs absence
* Ability to deliver modern 2AA rosette standard food
* Good Team Player & Motivator

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working at 2AA rosette kitchen
* Ambitious and career orientated as will lead to head chef promotion

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary to �30k d.o.e
