We are seeking to appoint a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.
Main responsibilities
To assist the F&B Manager in the smooth and efficient running of Food & Beverage outlets in the Hotel.
To provide support to the Food and Beverage team to ensure a standard of service that meets and exceeds guest’s expectations while achieving and surpassing profitability and revenue goals for these areas.

Ideal candidate
You must have relative experience in a similar capacity and establishments within the last 2 years.
The ability to read, write and speak fluently in English is essential alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and supportive in problem solving, able to apply common sense, collect data and notify and advise senior management when necessary.
You must have the ability to work a flexible schedule and late hours when necessary.
It is essential that you have the ability to provide friendly, courteous and professional service to all internal and external customers/guests, at all times.
