Continuous Improvement Manager (CIM) - (Alcoholic Drinks Industry) - Ledbury, Herefordshire

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience plus Benefits: Bonus scheme, private health care & contributed pension.

Our Client is a leading supplier of high quality alcoholic beverages (including cider and fruit wines) to the drinks industry, based in Ledbury, Herefordshire. Due to continued expansion they are now recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager with experience in this industry:

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Production this role is a key position responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the entire production facility. Responsible for setting standards, coordinating and driving the improvement within current processes and new projects.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in brewing/cider environment with CI or improvement responsibility
- Solid background in Project Management, improvement tools and CI methodology
- Must have experience successfully leading and facilitating improvement changes

Skills
- Strong analytical, project and product management skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements
- Solid experience communicating change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good decision making skills
- Results orientated
