Due to continued success and growth, we are looking to expand our team through the recruitment of a National Account Administrator in Banbury on a full-time basis.

- A flexible and proactive approach to daily tasks is required as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to nurture internal and external customer relationships
- As the position calls for a high degree of accuracy often under pressure, good problem solving and time management skills are vital
- A willingness to question process and procedures
- The ability to quickly acquire and assimilate technical information
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Experience of completing administrative tasks using Microsoft Office applications e.g. Excel and Outlook

What will I be responsible for?

As part of a busy and growing team the successful Account Administrator will enjoy a varied workload, interacting with high profile companies and our networks of franchise partners to ensure that we provide an excellent service for reactive Plumbing/Drainage, Electrical, Grounds Maintenance and HVAC services.

In this office-based role, you will report into the Customer Services Manager and will support the key accounts team with all administrative duties as well as the main point of contact for both internal and external customers. Your daily tasks include:

- Receive all questions and concerns from external and internal customers and provide solutions to problems
- Receive and prepare orders for entry from customers
- Determine date of availability and ensure any missing information is obtained
- Ensure the CRM database is maintained for assigned accounts
- Provide Remote Sales Support to agreed schedules
- Process all incoming Emails to generic Email Box
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents
