We are now hiring for a highly organised and experienced Senior Education Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our brand new residential school, Overton School, in Ludlow.

We are ideally looking for an individual who can join us in September and will work on a full time basis over a non-academic working year

At BMC we have over 30 years of expertise and work with leading professionals in the industry to equip our staff with the knowledge and skills required to transform the lives of vulnerable children and young people. At Overton School we will be providing specialist residential and educational placements to children and young people between 10-18 who has an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis, and we are looking for an experienced administrator who will lead our office function.

You will be a confident computer user as you will oversee and maintain various databases, such as SIMS and the Central School Record. You will additionally work closely with our School Principal to effective monitor the school budget by keeping accounts, producing income/expenditure reports and ensuring appropriate use of resources.

The way in which we build our teams and drive outstanding performance is vital to the school success and as the Senior Education Administrator you will have a close relationship with key individuals and will assist in HR related activities.

You will be the face of the school and will deal with all enquiries and general communications so it is essential that you are positive in your approach, professional, informative and are able to quickly build relationships.

To apply for the role you will need

- To ideally have experience of working within an educational setting in an administrative capacity
- Hold a level 3 qualification in Administration
- Have an understanding of HR and ideally hold a level 3 certificate in HR practice.
