The Company

Advantage Resourcing are working closely with a major Government organisation to recruit for two Benefits Manager/ Senior Analyst to work a contract position for 3 Months.

The Role

A Key aspect of this role with be to Provide support to the benefits team in:

- Putting in place streamlined benefits reporting i.e. dashboard

- FTE reporting and monitoring

- (Re) Modelling of processes

The role will cover a broad scope within the benefits team providing support to several workstreams.

Main Duties:

* Reporting to the Benefits Manager for the Change Portfolio you help will produce the overarching benefits management approach for the entire change portfolio and ensure this is well articulated, documented and understood by senior officials in programmes and projects as well as the senior management team.
* You will help to develop the dashboard for tracking and monitoring benefits and share with relevant senior officials.
* You will act as the conduit between the Senior Finance Business Partners and medium term financial planning and in-year reporting team to ensure the accurate reporting of benefits and savings.

The Successful Candidate:

* Ideally similar experience within Public Sector
* Experience of managing benefits across a large and complex programme.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
* Strong data presentation skills and an ability to convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-profile change programme, to develop a comprehensive understanding of the strategic objectives and challenges
* Excellent data interrogation techniques and experience of working with models and/or complex spreadsheets.
* Adaptable and willing to review role and priorities with senior management team to meet the current and future needs of the organisation.
* Desirable: CCAB, or equivalent, qualified (or with considerable financial/ commercial experience)
