Sales Progressor

Location: Manchester

Salary: �22,000 - �26,000 per annum DoE plus Commission (First year OTE: �40,000 - �60,000)

An organised and industrious property professional is required to commence an exciting role on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre.

Our client offers a refreshing sales approach to both new and experienced investors in the Private Rental Market. They are currently looking for a confident, organised and hardworking Sales Progressor to become a fundamental part of the overall sales cycle within the business.

The Sales Progressor role:

As a competent Sales Progressor, you will be required to ensure your significant pipeline of sales are managed, with a primary focus of ensuring a swift exchange and completion. You will build relationships with Sales Agents and solicitors to progress each sale diligently and tenaciously.

You will take pride in ensuring that each sale is managed to specific standards and be responsible for actively updating sales to enable the business to produce meaningful forecasts for reporting to the directors, as well as accurate management of information to drive performance.

Brief outline of the day to day duties of the Sales Progressor:

* Manage the transition of transactions from sales consultant stage through to solicitor instruction.
* Ensure that each sale is actively chased and facilitated by liaising with the sales agents, solicitors, purchasers and other key stake holders as necessary.
* To operate with incoming and outgoing telephone calls to clients, agents, the panel workers and any other third parties in connection with conveyancing matters.
* Update the company's reporting system with all relevant information and communications.
* Use your understanding of the conveyancing journey to problem solve and overcome any challenges with the sale
* Fact finding and corroboration to ensure accurate information is entered for all stakeholders in the transaction

The ideal Sales Progressor will have:

* The ideal candidate will have sales administration/ progression experience working in the property industry
* New Homes Sales background also considered
* The ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent Customer service and communication skills
* Accurate administrator skills
* Organisational and prioritisation skills
* A pro-active and 'can do' approach
* A good working knowledge of Word and Excel
* A high standard of English grammar and diction
* A natural flair for confidently and eloquently engaging with clients, alongside a definite ambition and determination to deliver results

Ideally, the candidate will have previous experience in sales progression and experience in a like for like role would be preferred. However, relatable experience can be demonstrated from other employment, which could include; a traditional estate agency background; experience working with a new build home developer; or a related position within a conveyancing legal department.
