Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit English graduates as part of our future teachers programme for client secondary schools in Manchester, Tameside and Stockport. If you have recently completed an English degree or have an A-B grade in A Level English we welcome your application.

The future teachers programme looks to offer a school based placements as a Teaching Assistant before going on to complete your teacher training the following academic year. As a graduate in English you will be provided with the opportunity to work within a English department alongside full class teachers. Providing intense English support to students who need additional support on a 1:1 and small group basis will also be a key feature of this role.

Highlights of the English Future Teachers programme;

* Working as a full time English Teaching Assistant
* Pay ranging from �275-�325 per week
* Opportunity to go onto a teacher training programme
* Regular CPD and training opportunities

If you are interested in the position of English teaching assistant you will need to be available for the interview process as requested by the school.

You will need to have suitable references, an English degree or A Level equivalent, passion for teaching and eligibility for a fully enhanced DBS certificate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
