Salary £21,000 with a £6,000 OTE.

Our client are a leading sales and service centre delivering contract solutions for a variety of industries. They have a fun, passionate and a rewarding working environment.

Joining the team as a Senior Customer Service Executive, you will take full ownership and responsibility for ensuring timely, quality completion of hardware and service commissioning for assigned accounts.

Senior Customer Service Executive Key Responsibilities

- 1st line support
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers and third parties
- To develop the processes for managing post sale activity
- Upselling and account growth using sales through service
- Handling calls from customers and potential customer - including Technical, Installations and specific account management

The Ideal Senior Customer Service Executive

Our client is looking for an individual who will constantly strive for customer excellence. Proven experience working in a call centre environment would be beneficial but not essential. To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Experience of working with a CRM system - Essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel - Essential
- Previous experience managing a customer journey within a technical environment - Essential
- Previous Contact Centre experience - Desirable but not essential
- One Drive - Desirable but not essential
