We are looking at bring on board a talented operations manager to come a join the team at the Kings College Hospital, London

As  one of the largest teaching hospitals in London, the hospital provides a variety of trauma and medical services and deliver world-renowned specialist services in areas such as Liver disease and Foetal Medicine
Main responsibilitiesAs our Operations Manager, you will be in charge of the day to day management of all the soft service facilities delivered by Compass at Kings College Hospital. Services include domestic, catering, portering, waste and helpline services. The Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering these services in accordance with the contract specification and within  agreed budget parameters.
Ideal candidateNow, what we need to see in applications are:

Proven experience in managing & leading successful teams
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of soft FM contracts with operational experience within a hospital environment
Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results
Track record of KPI compliance and delivery of service excellence
Proven track record in the design and implementation of cost improvement initiatives
Foodservice, Soft FM or similar background
Previous budget management and/or profit & loss responsibility
Ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders/clients
Can demonstrate commercial awareness
