Channel Support Administrator - Reading – Full Time – c£21,500 + Quarterly Bonus + Excellent Benefits

If so, Kyocera, are looking for 2 permanent Channel Support Administrators and one to work on a 6 month fixed term contract to join our team in Kings Langley.  As Channel Support Administrator, you will be liaising with lots of other teams around the business to ensure that customers are kept updated regarding their orders. We are looking for candidates with exemplary customer service abilities as you will be working for both sales and service teams and their customers

The Role

Kyocera is looking for a Channel Support Administrator to process customer purchase orders, liaise with planning, marketing and problem management regarding deliveries and installations.  You will be the central point of contact for Kyocera’s channel partners and customers for all sales and service related activities.

· Liaising with sales teams and customer contact to provide progress reviews

· Monitoring backorders – prime stock and spares – and managing customer expectations regarding availability

· Handling proof of delivery notes

· Ensuring that returns and credits are handled effectively

· Pricing and availability enquiries

· Responding to customer specific requirements – e.g., ordering of PCT paper deflectors

· Providing telephone and administrative support to the sales teams

· Liaise with customers to ensure optimal service delivery

· Liaise with suppliers to ensure efficient provision of service

· Communicate with Supply Chain Management on issues affecting stock provision

​Key Skills, Responsibilities and Attitudes


Background in customer service and working as part of a team
Proven skills in multi tasking and taking ownership of workload
Able to thrive in a busy office environment, exhibit a sense of urgency, flexibility and high work standards
Previous administration experience at a high level
High degree of attention to detail
Experience liaising with multiple teams
High level of PC literacy required, skilled in standard MS applications
