We are looking for a candidate who has good attention to detail and will ensure information is accurately transferred on a daily basis. A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of double entry and will be able to build strong working relationships at all levels.

The Role

Zenergi are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to be responsible for the processing of purchase and sales ledger invoices onto Sage. You will be expected to get involved with the month end close when required, by populating the month end management accounts and board pack from sage report.

You will be responsible for posting into the cashbook and reconciling the bank account while also dealing with any petty cash maintaining and recording the entries within the credit card account.

Additionally, you will demonstrating a ‘can do attitude’ by dealing with accounting queries and Ad hoc tasks when it may be required. A part of this role you will be continuously developing over time with the hope that between 12 and 24 months within this role you will grow to encompass more month end processing and management account productions.
