Location: Taunton (with travel to Exeter when required)

Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor to join our team.

The Occupational Health Advisor Role:

Working with the Group Head of Occupational Health & Wellbeing, you will develop and implement programmes and measures to prevent harm to health to our people resulting from work activities; liaising closely with the businesses to ensure consistency of approach and application.

Working closely with HSSA Managers and Advisers across the businesses; you will drive OH performance improvement through behavioural change and active promotion of workforce engagement. You will also assist with the development and implementation of effective OH processes and procedures to enable the businesses to comply as a minimum with their statutory duties and Company Policy.

The Occupational Health Advisor will provide professional services and advice to management and employees on all matters relating to occupational health, particularly the prevention of illness and the maintenance and improvement of health and wellbeing

Our Ideal Occupational Health Advisor will have:

- Diploma/ Degree in OH or other relevant qualification and membership of relevant professional institution
- Part 3 NMC register and Valid NMC registration
- Registered Nurse
- Understanding of ethical framework governing OH and the protection of personal data
- Thorough knowledge of Occupational Health legislation and standards
- Proven post OH qualification experience
- Full Driving Licence
