The Role Momenta are currently looking for a reliable, organised and hard-working individual to join an onsite Resourcing & Recruitment Team on one of our client sites in Crawley, West Sussex. Parking available nearby Salary: £24-30k per annum + incentives The Benefits For You You'll be recruiting for some of the biggest brands in the banking and financial services industries and will be able to use your existing knowledge and experience to make a difference. This is a highly visible role where your contribution will not go unnoticed. Key responsibilities of the role include: Resourcing new requirements through database searches, CV mining, targeted emails and external advertising. Screening CVs and applications and conducting telephone interviews. Conducting face to face and web-based interviews. Coordinating candidate assessment centres and delivering feedback. Arranging client interviews, discuss feedback with associates and gain acceptance of work if offered. Working in partnership with Compliance team to facilitate the vetting and referencing process for all new starters. Conducting new starter briefing calls to candidates joining Momenta projects. Conducting regular courtesy calls to associates placed on projects. Demonstrating positive attitude and behaviours at all times, offering assistance to your colleagues where time allows and work as part of the team at all times Displaying a creative and proactive approach to working and having the confidence to challenge existing processes to achieve efficiencies. Experience & Skills Required In order to be successful in this role you will need to be highly literate and numerate and have excellent IT skills. The ability to build relationships and demonstrate you can learn quickly and achieve targets is mandatory. You will need to have a minimum of 12 months previous resourcing, recruitment and/or HR experience. Previous experience of working as part of an onsite recruitment team would be advantageous but is not essential. Knowledge of the Financial Services industry is also desirable. Interested?
