Payroll Manager required for an interim contract in Birmingham City Centre. You will be responsible for managing a range of projects within the payroll department including implementing new systems, improving processes and assisting with team management and planning. You will be an integral part of the department, and you will supervise team members to assist you with project work. You will have extensive payroll management experience including team supervision, systems improvements and managing projects. You will be used to liaising with other departments to discuss the impact of systems and to ensure that any new procedures are right for employees across the board. Strong IT skills are essential for this role, you will have used multiple payroll systems and have good Excel skills. Our client is a private sector organisation who offer a superb benefits package.
