Apply Now! Brentford, Greater London Full-time / Permanent Salary: £21,000 pa + Performance based bonus Working hours: 40 hours per week 4 on 2 off shift pattern ROTA. Must be flexible with shifts as per business requirements. Duties & Responsibilities Interact with customers on the phone, understand their needs, handle inquiries on technical support issues and resolve queries Work with our technicians and installers to provide advance technical support over the phone. Logging all incidents on the database Providing excellent levels of customer service and support Diagnosing technical faults and providing over the phone solutions. Remote alarm testing, alarm scheduling and trouble shooting Maintenance and services scheduling Internal technical tools testing Required Ability to multitask effectively whilst keeping a high level of service quality. Proactive and work effectively and efficiently. Tech Savvy Individual Excellent written skills Excellent communication skills with problem solving attitude. Like working in a team and you are a team player. Have computer and MS office skills. Love learning in a dynamic and challenging environment. Ambitious and willing to accept new challenges.
