Our Cambridgeshire client is looking for a Pastry Jnr Sous Chef to join the hardworking and creative kitchen team.
As Pastry Jnr Sous Chef you will assist the Exec Chef in the development, preparation & service of all desserts, breads and sweet treats within the property ensuring the highest standards are maintained in order for them to continue to surprise and delight their guests.
They are looking for someone who is ready to take their first steps into management with a firm knowledge of modern cooking techniques, enthusiasm, and passion. All suitable Pastry Jnr Sous Chef candidates must be experienced in hotel, restaurant or contract catering environments.
Our Client will also give successful applicants the opportunity to train and develop your skills to become a more all rounded chef. You must also be an efficient and an organised worker with excellent attention to detail and someone who takes a great pride in their work and in keeping a tidy section.

- Straight Shifts working 7am - 3pm or 1pm - 9pm
- Every other weekend off
- Excellent Salary of £24,000 - £25,000 DOE
