Are you a dedicated higher level teaching assistant?

Do you have a genuine passion for making a difference in young people's lives?

Do you have the patience and tenacity to support challenged pupils on a 1:1 and group basis?

If so, we are looking for a versatile and committed individual who strives to make a difference in young people's learning and personal development.

As a higher level teaching assistant, you will have a very patient and calming persona and have the ability to stabilise challenging pupils with various behavioural needs. You will also need to:

* Be organised and professional at all times
* Be a qualified higher level teaching assistant (level 3)
* Be disciplined and firm
* Be proactive and focused
* Be able to engage with challenging pupils on a 1:1 and group basis
* Have a clear passion for helping challenging pupils reach there full potential
* Be available on a flexible basis and able to work in different settings

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
