Client Services Manager

Location: London Embankment

Salary: Up to �40,000 per annum + �14,000 bonus scheme

We are currently recruiting an experienced Client Service Manager to work for a leading Managed Service Provider in Central London. The CSM will manage the onsite delivery of high value recruitment services for a key client. This is an existing account, with a continued success and multiple contract renewals.

This role is an integral member of the account team, with a high level of client engagement and responsibility for a large business unit including the management of a small team of across two sites.

Duties of the Client Services Manager:

* To develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across multiple sites
* Ensure an active presence on site for both the client and the support team
* Identify potential initiatives and strategies to improve service delivery across the account and wider business unit
* Reporting on operational onsite SLA and KPIs, identifying trends and behaviours, developing action plans as appropriate
* To support the Head of Accounts and Account Directors in conjunction with Senior Stakeholders onsite to define and agree the strategic plan and direction to achieve outstanding delivery
* Trouble shooting - point of senior escalation on site, ensuring adherence to company procedure and timescales
* Prepare and delivery monthly and quarterly review meetings, reporting on performance and continuous development within the account
* Forecasting and resource planning reporting
* Leadership and Management - Manage the onsite team, providing support to team members, performing monthly 121s, and annual appraisal. Identify development needs and provide coaching and training for the team

Requirements of the Client Services Manager:

* Must have experience working for a MSP / RPO in a similar capacity
* IT / Technical background advantageous but not essential
* Proven team management skills - including coaching and developing a team to achieve results
* Excellent customer focused service delivery, putting the customer at the heart of every action whilst protecting the interests of the business
* Experience in providing insight and strategic direction in line with the overall business strategy
* Commercially astute - identifying opportunities to add value to the client as well as revenue to the business
* Responsive with the ability to absorb information quickly
