Excellent Opportunity in Top Hotel & Restaurant

Pastry Chef de Partie. Our client based at this top hotel & restaurant has a fantastic opportunity to join its brigade and work in the Pastry Section. This is an opportunity to join a busy property and produce fine dining desserts, breads and pastries for lunch and dinner service as well as private functions/parties.

The Role

* Working on the Stand alone Pastry section with assistance from commis chefs
* Making all Breads, Desserts & Pastries for service & functions
* Support from junior chef
* Working to AA rosette level standards

The Person

* Already a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Demi looking to develop
* Experience ideally to rosette levels in luxury hotel or restaurant
* Career focused and Team Player
* Wanting to learn and develop skills under strong Head Chef

Salary & Benefits

Salary to �22-25k
Excellent Benefits + Live In if relocating
