Principal Planner Are you looking for the next step in your career and move up to a Principal Planner or Principal Planner looking for a assignment? My client based in Central/East London is currently looking to recruit a Principal DC planner for an initial 3 month with a view to be an ongoing contract dealing with Mix caseload of applications including major applications. The Local Authority has a broad spectrum of existing planning applications that needs to be processed. Having a good working understanding of UK Planning especially within the London Borough would be an advantage. The successful candidate would need to have processed reserved matters for other large schemes and who understands outline planning applications. The Authority is within easy access of public transport hubs and offers a broad spectrum (Urban, Conservation, etc) of applications within the boundaries of the Authority. The contract would be for an initial 3 months with a view to extend.The rate of the position is between £25.00 - £32.00 per hour (rate could be negotiated for the right candidate).
