Staffline is recruiting for a Contract Manager for our Onsite in Chichester. Excellent salary plus bonus. Immediate start for right candidate.

It is a fixed term contract until 31.07.2019 due to maternity cover.

Key Accountabilities

* Establish and maintain a positive rapport and working relationship with all the customers senior management team at each of your locations.
* Deliver best in class service and customer care to client and candidates
* To be an ambassador of the Company values

* Maintain strong relationships across the business
* Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
* Management of profit margins

Responsibilities will include:

* Daily assessment of volume requirements, forecasting and fulfilment
* Planning and facilitating recruitment
* Induction training and/or initial training with contractors followed by 1-2-1 reviews as and when required dependent upon clients needs and requests
* Conduct refresher training as per clients needs and requirements
* Regular review meetings with client to understand and communicate business changes
* Building strong relationships internally and externally
* Managing weekly payroll process, ensuring accuracy
* Use IT systems available and ensure internal systems are fully and accurately updated as necessary
* Working to deadlines whilst being adaptable and flexible in your approach
* Provide out of hours on-call support as required
* Implementing and managing administration processes such as change requests, absences etc.
* Being able to describe client trends, market activity and business needs
* Collate, analyse, report, communicate and manage performance against KPIs
* Identify areas of process improvement.
* Operate within client and Company SLAs ensuring you meet and achieve them, identifying solutions to address any shortfalls
* Understanding local labour market and industry sector and communicate potential impact
* Demonstrating business acumen, understanding clients operation, challenges and needs
* Communicate appropriately internally and externally to develop strong relationships
* Monthly collating of Management Information and reporting
* Provide cover and/or support to other areas as required
* Ensure all staff operate in line with company policies and procedures
* Demonstrate financial acumen by understanding reports and interpreting budgetary controls and requirements
* Report issues in a timely manner to line manager or as per site internal escalation process
* Manage compliance requirements and keep secure records for audit purposes
* Awareness of people management policies and procedures, seeking guidance when required
* Hold monthly 1-2-1s, annual and half yearly appraisals with team members
* Ensure team members are fully trained, competent and supported in their role, and have the necessary tools for their role.

* Carry out other reasonable duties as required by line manager
