We are working with a London based International charity who are recruiting for an organised and motivated HR Admin on a 12 month FTC to start ASAP. This role will be assisting HR Advisors and reporting into the Head of HR Operations. The Key responsibilities are: General HR Administration * Demonstrating excellent customer service when engaging with colleagues, responding to queries promptly, escalating issues to colleagues that cannot be resolved personally and promoting compliance with policies. * Checking forms, implementing properly approved changes to contracts, generating accurate correspondence, and updating the employee's file details on Agresso. * Monitoring the HR Inbox, and the iLearn Inbox as required, checking the content of messages and either promptly responding or re-routing enquiries to the appropriate HR team member. Recruitment * Provide day to day support to the Head of Recruitment with regards to the logistics and administration of vacancies, interviews and offers of employment. * Issue contracts of employment for new starters at the organisation accurately and in a timely manner. New starters include those recruited on expatriate contracts. * Manage and co-ordinate the new starter process through to induction and on boarding ensuring all information is 100% complete and compliant with UK employment law and policies. Payroll * Ensure that new starters/employment changes/leavers have been fully and accurately entered onto the HR/Payroll system (Agresso) and their documentation is scanned and uploaded correctly against their record Information Management, Projects and Reporting * Running accurate HR reports for analysis and monthly reporting processes. * Support the HR team members with ad-hoc projects. Experience: * Experience of delivering excellent HR administrative support to an HR team (essential) * Experience of co-ordinating multiple, regular and ad-hoc administration requirements associated with the full employment lifecycle. * Experience using HR systems or candidate management systems (essential). * Experience of note-taking in relation to case work desirable. * Good basic understanding of UK employment law desirable. Personal Attributes * Motivated by delivering excellent customer service. * Conscientious and diligent. * Able to work independently and to ask for help if required. * Able to learn quickly and use initiative.
