We would like to speak with an experienced Administration and Finance
Officer for a client of ours in Hackney, London.
This client is keen to identify candidates with a suitable background
in Admin and Finance.

This role supports the project and programme teams with processing
invoices, support finance team with quarterly and end year finance
processes, monitoring spend, scheduling meetings, scribing at school
liaison meetings and board meetings.
It also acts as the first point of contact for the team.

Profile:

Proficient in Excel - can use Lookups, Create Pivots and Charts
Preferably studying towards a recognised finance or accountancy
qualification but willing to undertake administrative and support
tasks.
Understands budgets and spends relating to revenue and capital items.
Experience of undertaking financial reconciliations.
Minute taking at meetings are essential.
Understanding of year end financial processes essential.
Will be first line of contact, therefore excellent communication
skills essential
Must have high levels of numeracy and literacy
Experience of using Cedar Financial systems desirable
Scheduling skills as will be required to schedule meetings on internal
calendar
Excellent attention to detail
