Customer Service / Complaints Prenton £10.57 P/H Temporary (potential to go perm) 8:30 - 16:30 pm Monday to Friday I am currently recruiting for a global energy company and world leader in wind energy. They provide energy management and supply of gas and electricity in the UK. A fantastic opportunity exists to work for an energy company based in the Prenton area of Liverpool on a temporary basis. This is a full time position 37 hours per week. This a contract role. You will be required to provide administration and management support within all areas of the business as well as manage all correspondence and communications. We are looking for candidates who come from a complaints background preferably escalated complaints as well as possess an excellent telephone manner. We are looking for candidates who can provide excellent customer service whilst accurately updating the company database. Full comprehensive training is provided and therefore it is essential that you can commit to the position full time moving forward, the key focus for these roles will be customer interaction and how you deal with your customers.
