ENERCON Services UK Ltd is recruiting a Customer Relations Coordinator
Location: - Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

ENERCON Services UK Ltd is part of part of one of the leading Wind Turbine companies in the world.

We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team in Huntingdon. You will be working with in a team of three, reporting into the CR Manager. You will liaise with clients on a daily basis either via phone or face to face and will take the time to understand their needs and will want to make a difference.

Customer Relations Coordinator Responsibilities and Expectations -

- Ensure that customer's needs are met and respond quickly and appropriately to queries and concerns
- Produce and manage reports for supervisors and management
- Liaise with other ENERCON departments to achieve satisfactory customer outcomes.
- Ensure ENERCON UK compliance and customer compliance with contracts. Where anomalies occur, communicate these with relevant supervisors and managers and work towards a positive outcome.
- Read and understand all contracts for all ENERCON UK Companies.
- Arrange appropriate niceties for customers and suppliers as and when necessary and to maintain excellent relations with all concerned with ENERCON
- Respond to departmental inquiries in a timely and professional manner - phone, e-mail and/or written correspondence


Flexibility within this role is need as you will be expected to travel around the UK and occasionally overseas to meet clients.

The ideal Customer Relations Coordinator

- Ideally two years' experience within a customer facing role and experience with contracts and document reviewing would be beneficial.
- Experience in designing and delivering understandable presentations for UK and foreign customers, managers and employees
- Excellent attention to detail and written ability to liaise with, respond to customers regarding technical issues and contractual arrangements.
- Be knowledgeable in, and utilise MS Office and other computer software for effective and efficient communication
- A team player as well as being able to work independently and has a can-do attitude;
- Able to priorities and manage your own workload
