Our ideal Energy Compliance Manager will have:

- Experience and success in a previous compliance role, ideally in energy (but not essential)
- Successfully leading policies, processes and procedures across a complex areas of work and being 'hands on'
- Proven experience in working across large and complex organisations
- An interest in operational compliance and not just data and figures!
