Join us as a Training Consultant (non-regulated) to train and develop our Society colleagues who make a real difference. You will support and challenge as well as develop, enabling high performance and the building of great relationships with customers and stakeholders alike.

Main responsibilitiesThis is a great opportunity for you to shape and influence the training and development for our Society colleagues to ensure we continue to provide the best possible experience to our customers.

As a Training Consultant your primary focus will be delivering training to Society colleagues focused on Financial Advice systems, processes and customer interaction skills, having the ability to design, facilitate and deliver this to a wide audience.

Working within a people focused environment you will also be involved in the delivery of other internal training programmes in order to help support the wider Society, helping meet their strategic goals and deliver the best experience to our customers.
Ideal candidateAs a trainer you will have excellent communication and delivery skills with an ability to think on your feet and adapt to new people and environments quickly. Having a background in Finance and holding a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning would be desirable although not essential. Whilst we are advocates of development and training we ideally want you to have the confidence and ability to deliver training programmes from the offset.
