Wills and Probate Fee Earner - Ramsgate

Salary: Depending on experience

The company

Our client is looking to appoint full time experienced Wills and Probate Legal Executive/ Solicitor to join their team during a period of maternity leave.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work for an established, leading law firm managing their own caseload of Wills and Probate client matters.

Essential Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to work with the minimal supervision on all matters of estate administration, trusts and property. They will work closely with the partners and promote the department and firm as a whole. The candidate will ideally be a STEP member and will also be friendly and approachable, offering a high level of service and show passion and commitment to continuous improvement.

Knowledge of:
Probate
Wills
Trusts
Estate Planning
Lasting Power of Attorney
Court of Protection
All other areas of Wills and Probate work.
Willing to undertake other relevant duties specified by the Partners
Excellent interpersonal skills
STEP member preferable
