We have the pleasure of recruiting for a globally recognised brand.

Due to recent growth within the company we are looking to recruit dynamic professionals to join their ambitious administration team.

The role will be working closely within their customer services team so a good clear approach to service will be essential within this role. You will be comfortable working independently and as pat of a team. Attention to detail will also be paramount for a role of this nature as you will be liaising with different departments to assure a smooth journey for all parts of the business.

The roles and responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following

• Logging information on to a bespoke CRM system
• Investigate customer queries in order to carry out suitable action
• Arrange collections with customers in order to return into stock and credit
• Responsible for creating return orders and stock journals
• Liaison with the Quality department for quality discrepancies
• Assisting Customer Services in generating and releasing replacement orders
• Liaison with the warehouse with regards location checks and replacement orders
• Clear and efficient customer liaison via telephone and email
• Any other duties as required by the reporting line
