Great Opportunity with Luxury Hotel in Solihull

Jr Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Solihull area for a Jr Sous Chef to work in the kitchen of their luxury 4* Hotel. This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for restaurant and functions. The Head Chef and his team are producing quality fresh, seasonal food so you will prepare food to a high standard.

The Role

* Working in the 4* kitchen
* Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals for Restaurant & Functions guests
* Kitchen Management duties - supporting Head Chef

The Person

* You will already be an ambitious CDP or Junior Sous Chef
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Experience of working in Hotels ideally to AA rosette standard or higher
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
