Fanastic Opportunity with Leading Fine Dining Restaurant

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Winchester area for a Sous Chef to work in the kitchen of their busy fine dining Restaurant. The Head Chef is looking for a organised and competent Senior Sous Chef who is able to perform kitchen managemen duties in his absence. You will be cooking to AA rosette level using fresh, seasonal ingredients. You will be a calm and enthusiastic chef who can mentor and encourage junior chefs and will ideally be classically trained.

The Role

* Working in the AA Rosette level kitchen using fresh seasonal produce
* Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals for lunch & dinner service
* Kitchen Management duties - supporting Head Chef

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef or Head Chef
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Experience of working in fresh ffood kitchens ideally to 2AA rosette standard or higher
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
