This is a fantastic new opportunity for an energetic; customer focused and passionate Membership Administrator to join our team. With relevant experience in a similar role, this Membership Administrator will have a proven track record in delivering excellent business support in either the commercial or public sector. The Membership Administrator will be customer focused with a finely attuned attention to detail and have a willingness to learn you will be an intrinsic part of our team and its delivery of an exemplary service to our members.

Key tasks

* Work with Head of Patron and Platinum to keep members updated, calendar invites and general administration providing high level of customer care for this key area of our business.
* Manage bronze membership database and identify opportunities for further engagement to account managers.
* Work with Finance team to ensure invoices are sent, followed up and paid, reporting areas of concern accordingly.
* Run monthly reports for Director of Business Support regarding income, membership numbers, resignations and reconciling payments.
* Ensure new members have received their joining information.
* Work closely with the marketing team to ensure knowledge of events and activities pertinent to membership, ensure account managers briefed accordingly.
* Work with website author to ensure member details are correct.
* Manage webchat facility on behalf of membership team.
* Manage membership email inbox and phone line and disseminate accordingly.
* Oversee member to member offers via website to ensure corporate guidelines are met.
* Work with internal teams to promote membership and gather knowledge to enhance our offer.
* To undertake any other general duties within the capability of the post holder, which may be determined from time to time by their line manager.

Job requirements

* Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
* Acute attention to detail.
* Reliable.
* Willingness to learn.
* Knowledge of sage line 50 an advantage.
