Permanent positions, working Monday to Friday. The full time position is 36.5 hours per week and the part time role is ideally 24 hours per week, both offering an early finish on a Friday.

We now have 2 excellent opportunities for HR Administrators, to join the HR team based at our Head Office in Basingstoke.

About the HR Administrator roles:

We are looking for one part time administrator and one full time administrator to play integral roles in ensuring that administration activities are completed for employees throughout the employment lifecycle, providing a comprehensive, efficient and effective HR Administrative service to support the busy HR team.

The roles are varied and can be fast paced so the successful administrators will have good prioritisation skills, be flexible and adaptable and be able to work to deadlines effectively. They will be well organised, have excellent attention to detail and be professional in their approach. They will be self-motivated, with a 'can do' attitude and have good team working skills.

Excellent communication skills, as well as strong customer service skills, are essential as the administrators will regularly deal with employee queries and concerns. Ideally the successful candidates will have some experience of working in a HR or payroll capacity and will have strong administrative skills.

As the HR Administrator, you will use these skills and experiences to:

* Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, and complete starters, leavers and change to terms and conditions documentation
* Ensure company processes are adhered to with the appropriate authorisations and checks in place.
* Support induction and on boarding and ensure reference checks, D&BS and Right to Work checks are completed.
* Assist with recruitment activities, including the posting of adverts, screening of applicants and interview management.
* Ensure the HR database is accurate and up to date, and complies with legislation
* Lead the management of all activities related to the submission of the payroll, ensuring all administration tasks are complete so that employees are paid their complete reward package as required and on time
* Ensure all processes related to overtime are completed and authorised in line with current processes.
* Develop and maintain up to date knowledge of UK payroll controls and legislation
* Solve wage queries and control the archive of wage documents
* Audit master employee data on HR and Payroll systems regularly
* As required work with the HR team to manage payroll and time and attendance system upgrades
* Provide reports and MI as required, to support other business processes
* Support the wider HR Team with ad-hoc tasks as required
