This Client is recognised for their achievements in technology development, specialising in both Cyber Security and innovative digital transformations in large scale, highly complex projectsAs a Service Delivery Manager (Support, Delivery, Incident Management, Stakeholder) you will join a rapidly expanding Service team responsible for the delivery of managed service contracts to meet client SLAs to budget and quality standards. You will act as the client’s single point of contact for the service delivery, managing internal resources, reporting into the Delivery Management chain and liaising with managed service management of Private and Public sector clients.The Service Delivery Manager (Support, Delivery, Incident Management, Stakeholder) will be responsible for:Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and client staffPerformance Monitoring and Management of services against contracted Service Level Agreement metrics or KPIsAchieving a high level of Customer SatisfactionEnsuring the Financial health of the contract, managing revenues and costs within agreed budgets and forecastsEffective communication with clientsAct as a point of escalation for Service failures The Service Delivery Manager (Support, Delivery, Incident Management, Stakeholder) will have the following skills and experience:Managing challenging client critical support services, demonstrate dealing with high priority issues and subsequent stabilisation of services in a demanding, time pressured environment.Actively initiate and pursue service improvement tasks.Delivery focused with ability to motivate staffStrong influencing and communication skillsBuilding and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and client staffEligible for SC ClearanceITIL v3 Foundation level certification or higher Reference: AMC*BGI/200070Role: Service Delivery Manager (Support, Delivery, Incident Management, Stakeholder)Type: PermanentLocation: LondonRate: £60,000 - £80,000 + Car allowance + 11% BonusAgency: Anson McCadeContact: Blair Gibney – blair.gibney@ansonmccade.comTelephone: 020 77806 706
