An outstanding secondary school south of Manchester have a position in September for a Design Technology teacher on a temporary basis. Applicants will ideally be able to teach Construction (BTEC) and KS3 Design Technology, particularly Resistant Materials. This position is full time from September 4th and will initially be until Christmas for a term, upon successful review this could extend and continue for the remainder of the academic year.

“Due to the result of staffing changes within the department, we have a temporary post from September which requires a competent and dedicated Design Technology teacher on a full time basis. The DT specialist joining us will be responsible for the delivery of BTEC Construction, Resistant Materials and KS3 Technology, we have modern facilities and students who show a keen interest in the subject and often select the subject as a result of their career aspirations. The successful Design Technology teacher joining this school will be teaching in a truly outstanding school.
