Have you got experience working within an SEN school? If so we are currently recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants within Bracknell.

The school caters for Male to Female 3-19 years and then further education. They emphasise on giving training in social and life skills, the development of recreational and leisure skills, group work and community involvement. Input is always dependent upon age, ability and individual needs.

SEN Needs:

* Austism
* Interaction difficulties & Related Challenging behaviour.

You will be provided with past assessments of the children’s particular needs and be reporting to the school SENCO. Your role will be to support and help engage the children academically as well as building relationships with the students so that they succeed in there school years and have the best opportunities in life. You will be working 1:1 with the children in classrooms no bigger than 10 students.

The ideal candidate will be –

* Reliable, enthusiastic and hard working
* Team- Teach trained (preferred but not essential)
* Experience within SEN sector preferred but not required

Whether you are available part time or full time we want to hear from you. A number of our schools are currently recruiting for September and ideal would like candidates who live close to the Surrey area. Although at Teaching Personnel we cover the whole of Thames Valley and Surrey so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you are looking to work in a different area.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
