Senior Account Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: �35k +coms (which will be discussed at interview)

Permanent, Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Our client is an award winning outsourced contact Centre Company with 20+ years' operational experience. They provide bespoke multi-channel solutions to over 1000 clients from a variety of industries from their centres of excellence in Bristol and Ipswich.

They are currently undertaking an exciting strategic transformation with ambitious plans for their business and structuring for growth and as a result are now looking for an experienced, vibrant, driven Senior Account Manager to work within a fast-paced, dynamic and customer centric technology inspired environment.

About the Senior Account Manager:

As the Senior Account Manager you will work alongside the Business Development Director, largely on key corporate accounts, which hold the combined value of �2.5million annual revenues. Their major accounts fit within a range of industries from Financial Services, Legal, Facilities Management and Retail. They are very proud of their client base which boasts globally recognised brands.

This role involves strong participation with clients in a B2B environment; you will look after your own client base and be expected to establish multi-level relationships with all members of the client decision making teams.

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for seeking out and closing new business opportunities through active networking and utilising business referrals both within new and existing accounts. The successful candidate will be intellectually curious, have the gravitas to speak credibly at C-Suite level within large corporates and have a strong work ethic.

Requirements of the Senior Account Manager:

* Strong communication skills - demonstrable ability to build long term relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) in both a written and verbal format
* Day to day management of accounts - building trusted and close relationships with clients on an on-going basis
* Commitment to developing a customer base and grow revenues
* Hands-on project management - ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
* Ability to sell at boardroom level
* Active participation and support in new business opportunities when required, including presenting to potential clients, planning pitch strategies, creative proposals and associated budgets.
* Your experience means you're comfortable managing projects from conception through to completion, including budgets, timings, and working across a range of channels
* Proven ability to hit and exceed targets
* Driving License
