Regional Recruitment Resourcer (Driving / Logistics)
Location – Leicester
Salary – Circa £18,000 (negotiable)

Nexus People, part of the Russell Taylor Group of companies are currently recruiting for a talented Recruitment Resourcer (or Experience Logistics Administrator) to join our Driving / logistics team, supporting our many recognised and respected clients.

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate proven track record in the field of Resourcing in the Driving sector or an experienced Logistics administrator / planner. You will be ideally have experience of sourcing drivers or industrial staffing, registering candidates, engaging closely with clients and candidates alike and assisting with their requirements. 

- You will require - Own car (all expenses paid)
- The role will be remote based
- On-call work will be required

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

- Reporting                         Working towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, candidates booked for assessments, fill rate, pass rates, pool availability. Produce and manage daily, weekly and ad hoc reports on candidate fill and recruitment sources.
- Candidate Selection       Working with the Marketing and Advertising Manager to create job board advertisements. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates. Keeping accurate trackers of available candidates. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question. Insuring all flex employee records are 100% compliant. Organising and running assessments and inductions in branch.
- Relationship Support     Attend weekly and ad-hoc meetings relating to the fill rates and quality of flex employees. Contribute to Nexus People’s and client’s engagement. Comply with Nexus People’s and client’s policies of employment, specifically, but not limited to, drug and alcohol; code of conduct; dress and hygiene code; health and safety. Liaising with account managers, JCP and external sources in order to maintain a healthy balance of recruitment sources.

Considers the target audience, adapting style and communication method accordingly. Communicates persuasively and confidently.

REQUIREMENTS

- Essential                           Previous experience in a fast-moving, dynamic, service-led organisation, having specific responsibility for recruitment delivery Gained a proven track record of recruiting, through all stages of the selection process from advertising, interviewing, inducting and compliance Excellent IT literacy skills, experience of working with Microsoft packages including Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Desirable                          Experience of recruiting high volume flex workers is highly preferable. European language an advantage Experience of the industrial or logistics sector and or experience of working for, or with, a supplier of flexible workers would be an advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills, experience of building and maintaining relationships internally and externally with different functions and management styles
