Application Support Engineer (Windows, SQL, Troubleshooting, Document Management Systems) If you are an ambition Application Support Engineer with at least three years experience of supporting the backend platforms of application processes in a Windows environment, this is your opportunity to join a team of Application Support Engineers on supporting document and content management systems at a globally renowned organisation. Due to growth of the team, there is an urgent need to make at least one hire. Aside from strong technical skills, you will need to understand the complexity of the organisation and its processes. Strong communication skills are required as you will deal with suppliers and users on a regular basis. On a day to day basis, you will support data management systems, troubleshooting on problems that arise, assist with 3rd line support and liaise with the business.
